Do HAC use genuine spare parts?


You’ll be pleased to know that, at Home Appliance Care, we only ever use genuine spares. Our highly-trained and experienced engineers carry a stock of the most commonly used parts and lines in their vans, and we boast a 50,000 square foot spares warehouse which holds the rest!


We dispatch over one million spare parts every year to customers who need to repair and maintain their Belling, Stoves, Lec and New World appliances (as well as a range of other branded appliances), and we carry out over quarter of a million repairs each year too.


Warranties


Any spare parts that are bought directly from Home Appliance care will carry a full twelve month warranty.


Guarantees of service and parts


As well as the warranty against parts, fixed price repairs are also covered for a 12 month period, if the same fault recurs within this time. In such an instance, we will provide a free of charge repair. If the appliance does fail within this 12 month period, simply call us on 0844 248 4591 to book a free of charge call out.


New faults are chargeable at our highly-competitive and fixed-price rates, and we can have one of our highly trained engineers out to your property, quickly, and at a time to suit you.
