What is Home Appliance Care?

Home Appliance Care is the aftersales division of Glen Dimplex Home Appliances, the manufacturer of popular kitchen brands, including Stoves, Belling, New World, and Lec. We provide nationwide repairs for all major kitchen appliances including cookers, fridges, washing machines, and dishwashers.

We have built up our reputation over the last 100 years as a reliable repair business that understands appliances. Whatever the problem, our expert team of 118 Gas-Safe-registered engineers are on hand, performing over 200,000 appliance repairs every year and fixing 87% of them on the first visit.

Do You Repair All Brands?

What's included in a repair?


Our fixed price repair fee includes:

• VAT

• All parts and labour required to assess and repair the original fault entered during the booking process

• Professional safety check and testing following the repair


Our fixed price repair fee does not include:

• Repairs to appliances that have not been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations

• Repairs as a result of misuse, neglect or poor installation

• Repairs to appliances with different details to the those supplied to obtain the repair quote including brand and age


Will I be given an appointment time?

When you book an appointment, you can choose the day you'd like one of our engineers to visit you. All appointments will be booked in between 8am and 6pm. On the morning of the visit, your engineer will phone you to confirm an estimated time of arrival (typically a 2-hour window).


Can you extend my warranty?

What time do your engineers work?

Our engineers typically work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.


How do I provide feedback to Home Appliance Care?

We expect that you will be more than happy with the service you receive, however, if we don’t meet your standards, please contact us.
