The appointment will be booked as all day visit anytime from 8am to 6pm,then your engineer, on the morning of the visit will phone you to confirm an estimated time of arrival (typically a 2 hour window).
The inner door glass can be removed by sliding it from its runners towards the top of the door. When relocating the inner door glass, it must be square to the door and pushed on to the location stop keys located with in the runner
No, the doors cannot be reversed to open any other way

The majority of our appliances are certified for Natural gas or LPG not both. Only a small number of our older built-in hobs and freestanding ranges can be converted. All new hobs can be converted. If the data badge states cat II the appliances can be converted. Most Belling Dual fuel appliances and hobs can be converted. All gas cookers can not be converted.

No – we done a recent survey to ascertain if people use the handle or an alternative to a handle i.e oven glove – majority of people used an oven glove. Handles are still available to purchase by calling our spare sales team on 08442484591
The cooling fan could stay on for as long as 10 mins, as this is controlled by a timer within the PCB. The fan will only stay on if the appliance reaches a certain temperature, this temperature is more likely to be reached when the grill is in use. The cooling fan is fitted to help keep the control knobs cool.
We would recommend a gap of at least 10mm on each side, this will ensure ease of removal when appliance has to be pulled out for cleaning or repair
The electrodes may still be wet. Allow them time to dry & they should then function properly
